  • Clients are responsible for backing up their own data and content

  • Final delivery requires complete payment

🔄 Revisions & Feedback

  • Included revisions are specified per project
  • Feedback should be provided within agreed timeframes
  • Additional revisions beyond scope incur extra charges
  • Final approval must be given in writing

🔒 Intellectual Property

  • Client owns the final delivered work upon full payment
  • We retain rights to use work in our portfolio
  • Third-party assets require proper licensing
  • Custom code and designs transfer upon completion

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. However, certain conditions apply:

Client Termination

  • Payment for completed work is required
  • Work-in-progress may be billed at hourly rates
  • Source files delivered upon full payment
  • 30-day notice preferred for ongoing projects

Devnixa Termination

  • May terminate for non-payment or breach of terms
  • Completed work delivered upon payment
  • Unused deposits may be refunded
  • Professional handover of ongoing work
